With Tom Dice the name of the Belgian representative for Oslo is know. A song for the Eurovision Song Contest 2010 has not yet been chosen. In the coming weeks and months a song will be worked on. "We have agreed with Tom that he gets a crucial role in the songwriting process," said Steve De Coninck-De Boeck.

Tom Dice will write songs on his own and also work with other composers on possible Belgian entries for the Eurovision Song Contest 2010. "We will closely follow the process and regularly judge the songs, until we have one or more songs that could represent our country in Oslo," said Steve De Coninck-De Boeck.

Eén does not plan a Eurosong 2010, but a special show early 2010 in which one or more songs will be proposed to the audience. Judging methods still have to be chosen. The show will be produced by VRT's internal production company VRT Entertainment, led by producer Dries Verhaeghe, who will also be the Belgian head of delegation at the Eurovision Song Contest 2010 in Oslo.
