At a press conference in Brussels earlier today, Flemish broadcaster VRT presented the Belgian song for the Eurovision Song Contest 2018 and the video clip of A Matter Of Time by SENNEK. The video clip of the 2018 Belgian Eurovision Song Contest entry A Matter Of Time has been released on YouTube. SENNEK recorded the clip at the Art Deco building Résidence Palace in Brussels. The songs was written by Laura Groeseneken, Alex Callier from Hooverphonic and Maxime Tribeche and recorded at the ICP Studio in Elsene.

The song to be performed by SENNEK in Lisbon was supposed to be presented to the press today and released on Tuesday morning. VRT's online channels are counting down to Tuesday morning 6 AM: the release time of the Flemish song for the Eurovision Song Contest 2018 on MNM radio and its video clip on YouTube. The teaser A Matter Of Time possibly refers to the song title of the song to be performed for Belgium in Lisbon by Laura Groeseneken under her artist name SENNEK.

Laura Groeseneken will sing for Belgium in the Eurovision Song Contest 2018 in Lisbon under her artist name Sennek, she revealed in an interview with Peter Van de Veire right after the draw for the semifinals. Sennek will sing in the first half of the first semifinal on Tuesday 8th May. The song is chosen and in the final phase of production.

Born in 1990 and experienced after having worked on various music projects. Since 2014, Laura has been playing and singing with Ozark Henry. With him Laura has performed at major national and international stages in recent years.

Belgium is the first country with a representative for the Eurovision Song Contest 2018 in Lisbon. Peter Van de Veire revealed in the daily talk show Van Gils & Gasten that Laura Groeseneken was internally selected. Together with broadcaster VRT Laura will now focus on on finding the perfect song and act for Eurovision.

The EBU and Rádio e Televisão de Portugal (RTP) have revealed the host city of the Eurovision Song Contest 2018: Lisbon! The capital of Portugal with its MEO Arena in the Parque das Nações defeated Braga, Gondomar, Guimarães and Santa Maria da Feira in a bid. The Semi-Finals will take place on 8th and 10th May, the Grand Final on Saturday 12th May.

The Portuguese singer with a bit of Dutch blood gave a first reaction to after winning the final in Kyiv. Amar Pelos Dois was written by the sister of Salvador, Luísa Sobral. 14.05.17 . Blanche wakes up with world hit after Eurovision 2017
A couple of hours after the final of the Eurovision Song Contest 2017 City Lights can be found in the iTunes charts of 33 countries. All over Europe, but even in Peru, Cambodia and Australia. In Sweden and Estonia, where Blanche won the televoting last night, City Lights hits number 1. Blanche scores the biggest hit after Amar Pelos Dois of winner Salvador Sobral.
